Through the use of the OPAC with all students (online library catalog) to make students independent learners, databases that are appropriate for all ages and that provide citation information, students will learn that these technologies are their friends in the classroom and even with their own personal inquiries, they will be motivated to learn to use technology more often. Teachers will do the same if they are shown how useful technology can be and how it can make their jobs easier.
